Meet Kristy Clarke Founder of The WiLD Collective | Wellness Coach | Longevity Enthusiast

Hi, I’m Kristy — and I believe midlife isn’t end, it’s the beginning of everything.

For over 40 years, I’ve been in the health and wellness space—as a personal trainer, corporate wellness leader, and women’s health coach. I’ve worked around the globe, from beach retreats in Thailand to corporate boardrooms, helping people build energy, vitality, and joy into their everyday lives.

At 50, I faced my own “mountain” — leaving a 30-year marriage, starting over financially, and navigating the rollercoaster of hormonal changes. I was feeling a grateful discontent.  I had a good life… but inside, I felt a sacred unrest. I knew we as women were meant for more.

That journey led me to create The WiLD Collective—a space created by women for women  to reclaim their strength, rewrite their story, and design the second half of life with purpose, pleasure, and power.
